The mission of Mill River Arts is to highlight art in (m)any forms through community collaboration.

We strive to encourage, develop, and create a platform where artists of any kind can express themselves in a safe, equitable, and collaborative space.
Our Values
We believe that art is for everyone and that the best art is created when people are brought together. To do so, we believe and embrace these core values:
~ DIY: We believe in art made by the people, for the people. We strive for passion, not perfection.
~ Multi-Disciplinary: We believe in Art in (M)Any Forms. We strive to open the umbrella of “The Arts” to include any form of artistic expression.
~ Community-Driven: We believe that the community is where Art begins. As a primarily grassroots organization, we strive to build trust and equity within the community.
~ Respect: We believe that all voices speaking up in good faith ought to be heard and we will be a microphone for those whose stories are un/under-told. We strive to uphold decency and mutual respect in all aspects of our organization.
~ Equity: We believe that all artists ought to be compensated for their time and expertise and we strive to support the artists we collaborate with.
Meet The Founders
T Gadomski
A rising playwright displaced from Long Island to Connecticut, T. M. Gadomski recently worked at Seven Angels Theatre as an Acting Instructor as well as with the immersive theater troupe Grymm Studios as a performer. Gadomski writes with their heart & soul often with storylines dealing with Mental Stability, Love, and Gender. T. has been involved in theater for over a decade and had the shows, "Indulgence," "Free Will," "The Misery Theatre Guild," "Harmony Lake," and "The Harsh Reality of Dating a Poet," produced throughout Connecticut, the Midwest and the East Coast. "Free Will" was also published in Issue #10 of Fleas on the Dog Magazine (Ontario, Canada.) Plot writer at "Sustainable Collapse."
Jared Reynolds
Jared Reynolds is proud to serve as one of the co-founders of Mill River Arts. As an actor, he has solidified his place in the Connecticut Community Theater scene with roles such as King Arthur (Camelot) and Chad (Disaster!) at the Brookfield Theatre of the Arts. In his career as a playwright, his short play, "Experiential Education," premiered at Nelson Hall and his full length play, "Temptation, Desire, Fear," received a staged reading at TheatreWorks New Milford. Jared also directed “Cloud Tectonics,” by Jose Rivera, and “The Revolutionists,” by Lauren Gunderson, both at the Brookfield Theatre. When he's not working in the Theater, he is flexing his creative and storytelling muscles through Take a Chance Tabletop, where he serves as a professional Game Master for various tabletop roleplaying games. He graduated from the University of New Haven in 2018.
